We do not believe in telling you what you need. In fact, we advocate for schools to give that power to teachers. So when you start with us, we in turn, start with you.

Introduction and Support Planning
- Its starts with a conversation where we listen to your needs and offer out initial thoughts and suggestions for customized support.
- Together we will develop a plan, including timelines, actions, and outcomes.
- Meet via Zoom with your coach to provide the support where and when you need it

Short-Term Supports
- Although the time of the support you need may only cover a few days, or hours – don’t be surprised if you hear from us soon after. We like to check in on our clients to make sure thinks are still working and help you out as new needs arise.
- Examples of some supports:
- Co-plan a lesson that integrates a new strategy
- Provide feedback about a video-taped classroom lesson
- Review lesson plans for an observation and walk through the finer points from an administrative eye
- Use our playbooks/ instructional models to personalize your instructional planning to your strengths
- Set personalized learning goals that integrate new initiatives

Year-Long Coaching Support
- We work with our clients to set quarterly goals so that our coaching is precise to your needs
- Throughout the school year, you and your coach will be scheduling coaching conversations and feedback about your instructional planning
- From August to June, you will have 10 plus hours of personal one on one time with your coach to work on your individual goals
- These can we used as half hour check ins, hour-long deep dives, preparation for a formal observation, reviews of unit plans you have send us, feedback on a video lesson snippet, or pretty much whatever is needed to meet your personal goals.

Tailored Development Opportunities
- Throughout the school-year, we will offer our clients the opportunity to take part in live learning sessions on topics that are of particular interest and meet the needs to our teachers.

Our coaches give honest, straightforward, professional feedback.
- Send us up to 45 minutes of a video-taped lesson. We will take a look.
- Attend a follow-up 45 minute lesson reviews with one of our coaches via Zoom.
